📝 Overview
The Store is a simple way to sell products, merchandise, and Gift Cards to your customers, alongside your classes, courses, and memberships. Customers can buy from your Customer Site, and your team can also sell in person from your Business Dashboard.
This guide gives you an overview of what you can sell, how payments and pricing work, and where to go next to set up each part of your Store.
🛍️ What You Can Sell
Your Store can hold physical products you sell at your venue or post out to customers, as well as Gift Cards your customers can buy for friends and family.
Physical products and merchandise, from T-shirts to supplements
Gift Cards, which customers can buy for someone else using only the recipient's email address
🎁 Gift Cards
Gift Cards are set up from Store ➜ Gift Cards, and you can make them available in your Customer Site Store, in your Point of Sale (POS), or both. You set up one Gift Card with the amounts you would like to offer, choose a redemption timeframe if you need one, and your customers pick a delivery date for the recipient. Once redeemed, the Gift Card amount is added to the recipient's profile as account credit.

🛠️ Setting Up Your Store
Products are added and managed from Store ➜ Products on your Business Dashboard. Each product can have variants, such as sizes or colours, with their own price and inventory.

Adding products
Add a product with a name, description, image, store status, price, and initial inventory. Your store status controls whether the product is visible and purchasable on your Customer Site.
💡 See how to add products to your Store here.
Variants & pricing
Every product has a base price. By default, each variant you create costs the base price, but you can add price adjustments for more or less expensive variants, such as charging more for an XL T-shirt than a Small.
💡 See how to add a product variant here.
Inventory
Keep track of your stock by adding to your inventory, reducing it, or logging returns and cancelled orders back into it. Each adjustment can carry a note explaining why it was made.
💡 See how to adjust product inventory here.
Display order
Your products appear in the order you choose. Drag and drop them into place from the Product Sorting tab, and that order is used in your Point of Sale (POS), your Customer Site Store, and your own store.
💡 See how to reorder your store items here.
💳 Payments, Taxes & Postage
Store payments sit alongside your other payment settings. You can choose which payment methods are available, apply taxes and fees to your products, and charge your customers for postage.

Payment methods
You can enable or disable each of your payment methods for use in the Store. Gift Cards have their own payment method settings, kept separate from your store purchases, so it is worth checking both if you sell Gift Cards.
🔔 Gift Cards now have a dedicated payment method configuration, separate from store purchases. If you offer Gift Cards, review which payment methods are enabled for them so your customers only see the options you want to accept.
Taxes & fees
If you charge taxes or fees on your products, you can create them from Settings ➜ Payment and choose which purchase types they apply to.
💡 See how to create taxes and fees here.
Postage
If you post products out to your customers, there are two ways to charge for it. You can add a shipping fee that applies to your store purchases, which is charged once per order, or you can create a separate shipping product that customers add to their cart themselves.
💡 See how to add postage costs to your Store here.
📦 Managing Orders
Open orders appear in your To-Dos so you can action them. Orders waiting to be delivered are listed under To-Dos ➜ Store Orders, where you can mark one or several as delivered, and offline orders waiting to be paid appear under To-Dos ➜ Offline Payments. You can also add an order on behalf of a customer from Store ➜ Orders, or sell items in person using your Point of Sale (POS).
📊 Reporting
Your Store reports cover both your store orders and your Gift Card sales, so you can see what is selling and track where each Gift Card has got to. You will find them under Reports ➜ Store.
All Store Orders | Your store order history, with the payment and delivery status of each order. |
All Store Order Items | Your sales by individual product, including a Best Selling Products view. |
Gift Card Purchases | Every Gift Card bought, who it was bought for, and its status. |
