Written by Costa Bontioti

šŸ“ Overview

The All Store Order Items report lists all the individual store items sold on your account, including unpaid and undelivered ones.

This guide walks you through the report, the filters you can apply, and how to download your data.

šŸ’” If you would rather look at whole customer orders, including their payment and delivery status, see the Store Orders report here.

This report is based on products, so each row represents an individual item that was sold. The Store Orders report is based on orders, so each row represents a customer's whole order.

For the orders view, see Reports - Store Orders here.

How do I find my best-selling products?

Click the arrow to see the answer

Use the Best Selling Products quick link, which sits alongside the full report and gives you the ranked view straight away.

The widgets at the top of the full report also show your most popular product over the last 30 days.

Where do I fulfil items that have not been delivered?

Click the arrow to see the answer

This report shows you the delivery status of your items, but you fulfil them from your To-Dos section, where outstanding store orders are listed for you to action.

For the steps, see Managing store orders here.
