If you would like to change the order your store items are displayed in, you can do this directly in the Product Sorting section of your Store. The order you set is used across your Customer Site Store, your Point of Sale (POS), and your own store.
This guide walks you through reordering your products and explains where that order takes effect.
š ļø How to Sort Products
You reorder your store items from the Product Sorting tab in your Store, by dragging each item into the position you want. Your changes save automatically as you go.
Go to Store ā Products ā Product Sorting.
āUse the drag handle ( ā®ā® ) beside each item to move it up or down the list.
āOnce moved, you will see a confirmation message at the bottom of your screen telling you the product order has been updated successfully.
š” You do not need to click Save anywhere for these changes to take effect.

You can use product sorting to group similar items together, such as apparel and accessories, or to feature your best-selling products at the top of your store.

The order you set in Product Sorting is used in more than one place, so your products appear consistently wherever customers and staff see them. It applies to your Customer Site Store, your Point of Sale (POS), and your own store.
