Registering for a class

Login to your TeamUp account, and head to the Schedule tab.

From here you will be able to see the classes available for registration.

Tip. You can view the schedule as a list, week or monthly view, and if the fitness business you're attending has more than one venue you can filter classes per venue too.

Once you have found the class you wish to register to, simply click on it and you will see a full description of the class selected, including date, time, venue and price.

If you have a valid membership for the type of class selected then the price will be marked as "Free" and you can click 'register now' to book your place instantly.

If the class is not free to you, the price of the class will be displayed.

You can click 'Register now' which will direct you to the purchase form. Or head to the membership tab to purchase a valid membership.

If you do not have a valid membership and the class cannot be paid for as drop-in, you will be prompted to purchase a valid membership instead first and you will then be able to register into the class.

Note. if this is the first time you are registering onto a class, the business may require you to sign a waiver, answer questions and provide your contact and emergency contact details first.

Once you've registered onto a class, you'll get a confirmation on screen. You'll also receive an email confirmation for the booking, and receipt of purchase if applicable.

Tip. See upcoming classes you are registered to from the dashboard tab of your account.
