Registering for a class

Register for a class from the schedule of your TeamUp account.

Log in to your TeamUp account, and head to the "Schedule" tab.

From here you will be able to see the classes available for registration.


You can view the schedule as a list, week or monthly view, and if the fitness business you're attending has more than one venue you can filter classes per venue too.

Once you have found the class you wish to register to, simply click on it and you will see a full description of the class selected, including date, time, venue and price.

If you have a valid membership for the type of class selected then  you can click "Book now" to book your place instantly.


If you have not yet purchased an applicable membership that would allow you to register for a particular class, then you will be presented with the option to select a new membership.

If the class is not free to you, the price of the class will be displayed.

You can select the membership you would like to purchase which will direct you to the purchase form. Or head to the "Membership" tab to purchase a valid membership.

💡 If this is the first time you are registering for a class, the business may require you to sign a waiver and any applicable forms.

Once you've registered for a class, you'll get a confirmation on screen. You'll also receive an email confirmation for the booking, and receipt of purchase if applicable.

You'll also be able to view your active registrations in the "Registrations" tab under your "My Account" section, and you'll also be able to view each registered class individually.
