π Overview
When you cancel a class on a specific date and time, you may want to reinstate this class, so we'll outline the steps on how to do this below.
β How to un-cancel a class
Classes can be un-cancelled very quickly, however, if you would like to un-cancel a class and also reinstate the attendees for that session, you can do this by following the 3 simple steps below.
1οΈβ£ Step One: Find the cancelled class
First, you'll need to locate the class in question. You can do this either by going to your Cancelled Events report, or in your Calendar.
Cancelled classes are hidden on your calendar by default, but you can use the calendar filter to include cancelled classes.
π‘ See our guide on including cancelled classes in the calendar here.
2οΈβ£ Step two: Un-cancel the cancelled class
To un-cancel a class, click the desired class on your calendar or in the cancelled classes report, then select Options β Un-cancel.
π‘ If you're accessing your cancelled classes from the Cancelled Events report, if the event you're cancelling is in the future, please be sure to click on Add Filters and include the Future Classes filter so that the report also displays events taking place in the future.
3οΈβ£ Step three: Re-add attendees
Please note that un-cancelling a class won't reinstate attendees, so if they need to be booked back in, this will need to be done manually. You can find the attendees by viewing the activity feed in the class, as seen below:
