How to view your cancelled classes

This guide explains the two ways to view your cancelled classes, from the Calendar filter or from the Classes report where you can also download a list.

You can view your cancelled classes one of two ways: directly on the Calendar, or through the Classes report if you need a list you can download.

🔍 View Your Cancelled Classes

Choose whichever of the two methods below suits what you need.

1️⃣ From the Calendar

Head to the Calendar and filter by 'Include Cancelled?'.

2️⃣ From the Classes Report

If you need to see or download a list of your cancelled classes, head to Reports ➜ Classes and filter by Any Class Status - Cancelled.

Can I download a list of my cancelled classes?

Yes. Head to Reports ➜ Classes and filter by "Any Class Status - Cancelled" to see and download the list.

Cancelled classes are hidden by default. On the Calendar, enable the 'Include Cancelled?' filter to display them.
