Once a membership has been created, per registration class prices can be set in order to debit the membership by one usage but also charge an additional fee which customers will be asked to pay when making the registration.
One Use Plus can be used in a variety of ways. Here are just a few examples:
It may be that you donβt feel the membership price is high enough to allow customers to book onto a class and only debit the membership by one usage allowance. Or perhaps you have another instructor coming in, and you want to make a small charge to cover the cost.
You're hosting a one-off class or event, and non-members pay one price, and members pay a discounted price. You can add One Use Plus pricing to the event on your memberships so that members get the discounted rate.
You'd like to have a top-up membership that members can use to pay as they go once they've reached the limit on their regular membership. You can create a separate top-up membership that costs "0" and uses One Use Plus pricing to charge customers a fee whenever they book a class.
Let's take a look at how to set up One Use Plus pricing!

To set up One Use Plus pricing, head to Memberships >> Memberships >> click membership name >> scroll down to 'Registration prices' and click 'Edit'.
Then, scroll to the class you want to add one use plus pricing to, select 'One use of the membership plus an additional amount per registration', and enter the desired fee, as seen below.
To summarise the above screenshot, if a customer with this membership registered for a Body Pump class, a usage would be deducted from their membership, and they'd pay an additional upfront fee of Β£8.
The price to pay is completely customisable per class type, so you may want to adjust some memberships to pay a higher or lower One Use Plus rate than others for the same class.
