🎥 How to change the price on a recurring membership for new customers (w/ VIDEO)

This guide explains how to change the price of a recurring membership for new customers only, by editing the Future Purchases price on the membership's payment plan.

Written by Costa Bontioti

📝 Overview

You can edit the price of any of your recurring membership plans at any time. This guide covers changing the price for new customers only. It does not affect anyone who has already signed up.

When you change a membership price for new customers, you're updating the price that applies to future purchases of that plan. Anyone already on the membership keeps their current price until you update them separately.

💡 There are two separate processes for updating membership prices for new vs existing customers. This guide covers new customers only. To update prices for your existing members, see the guide here.

⚠️ If a payment is already scheduled with your payment processor, changing the membership price will not update that specific payment. It will, however, apply to that customer's future payments thereafter.
