With the Notes feature on the Class Detail page, you can generate private notes visible only to you and your team.

π It is also possible to attach internal notes to a specific customer. This is useful when there's important information your staff members need to know about the customer (for example, an injury or a health condition). Notes added to the customer profile will appear under their name on any events they book. To learn more about this feature, click here.
How to create, edit, and delete a note
To add a note to a class, head to your Calendar and click the desired class.
Then, click 'Add note', enter your note, and click 'Save'.
You can edit your note at any time by clicking 'Edit.
To delete a note, simply click 'Edit' and then 'Delete'.
FAQ
Can I add notes to Courses?
We don't support notes in courses at this time. If this is a feature you'd like to see in TeamUp, please let us know via our feedback portal.
Can I add multiple notes to a class?
While only one note per class is possible, you can always edit an existing note to add more information.
Who can add notes to a class?
A staff member will need to have at least the Manage Sessions permission to be able to create a class note. Account admins and owners can create class notes too.
