FAQ: Why am I seeing "class reservations are not supported error"?
Begin a recurring reservation from your web browser
When a business offers recurring reservations, when first logging into your TeamUp App, you'll see a message letting you know that they are not supported in the app.
To begin a recurring reservation for a class, you'll need to head to the browser version of your TeamUp account. This can be done on your laptop, PC, or mobile browser.
💡 Login to your TeamUp account here: https://goteamup.com/login/
You'll only be promoted with this message only once at the first login of your TeamUp App not again whilst logged in. If you log out of your TeamUp app completely, it will show upon login.
💡 The TeamUp Members Booking App doesn't support recurring reservations yet.
