If you have a class pack, or a membership with usage limits, you can check how many uses you have left at any time from your account.
This guide shows you where to find your remaining uses on the web and in the Member Booking App, how to read your usage limits, and how to check your remaining uses while booking a class.
🖥️ Checking Your Remaining Uses on the Web
Your remaining uses are shown on the detail page for each membership. You can open this from any web browser, such as Chrome or Safari, on a computer or your phone.
Log in to your account ➜ go to My Account ➜ Memberships ➜ click Details next to the membership you want to check.
Class packs
For packs, the Uses section shows how many sessions you have used and how many are left.
🧠 Example:
On a five-class pack where three classes have been used, the Uses section shows that two classes remain.
Recurring memberships with usage limits
If your recurring membership has daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly limits, you can see how many uses you have used against each limit.
Usage Limit Explorer
For a more detailed look, scroll to the Usage Limit Explorer at the bottom of the page. You can filter by specific classes to see how many sessions you have booked and whether you have reached any limits.

You can also view your memberships and track your usage in the Member Booking App.
Tap My Account ➜ open the drop-down menu at the top of the screen ➜ Memberships.
🎫 Checking Your Remaining Uses While Booking
You can also see your remaining uses when booking a class. This is handy if you have more than one membership and want to choose which one to use.
Open a class on the schedule ➜ select one of your memberships under Registration Options ➜ your remaining uses are shown beneath it.

What happens when I run out of uses?

Once a pack has no uses left, or you reach a usage limit on your membership, you will not be able to use that membership to book further classes it covers.
You can buy another membership or pack from the business's Membership tab.
