👨🏻💻 Create a Consumer Account
In order to sign up as a customer and create a consumer TeamUp account, you'll need to sign up via the customer site of a business which is currently using TeamUp for their online platform.
This is provided to you by the business directly, unless you're redirected to their customer site directly via their website, provided they have TeamUp installed there.
🗝️ Log into your Consumer Account
Once you have created your consumer account, you have a few different ways of accessing it.
1️⃣ Go to GoTeamUp.com
If you go to GoTeamUp.com, you can click on login on the top-right, enter your email address and your password, and this will take you to the customer site of the business you're a customer off
If you're a customer on multiple businesses, you'll be taken to your home page so that you can select the dashboard of the business you'd like to access.
⛔️ Do not sign up from goteamup.com if you are a customer, as this will create a business account.
2️⃣The TeamUp Member Booking App
You can also log into your consumer account directly on the New TeamUp Member Booking App, which will allow you to view and access all the businesses you're a customer of, and offers much of the functionality available on the desktop site via the browser.
💡In order to be able to log into the app, you'll need to have created your consumer account first, otherwise you won't have login details to enter when logging into the app.
3️⃣ Directly on a businesses Customer Site
You can also log into your account by going directly to a businesses customer site if you have their url. You can also bookmark their url so you can access it more easily.
💡If you're registered with multiple businesses, once you access one businesses customer site, you can switch over to a different business by clicking on the Home option at the top of your screen.
