How to end a time slot

This guide explains how to set an end date on a repeating class time slot, and what to do first if future sessions still have registrations.

Written by Costa Bontioti

📝 Overview

If a repeating time slot is no longer needed going forward (i.e. all Wednesdays at 8:00 am), you can set an end date on it rather than deleting it, keeping your past sessions intact.

⏰ Set an End Date on a Repeating Time Slot

Head over to Events ➜ Classes ➜ select the desired Class Type ➜ gear icon on the right of the time slot ➜ Edit Dates.

Then select the day these classes will run through to (the end date) and save these changes by clicking on "Edit Dates".

⚠️ If you try to end the time slot and there are classes with registrations after the desired date, you will need to cancel these sessions first. For help cancelling individual sessions, see the guide here.

No. Setting an end date stops the time slot from repeating after that date; sessions before the end date remain as they are.
