Send your members automated SMS messages from TeamUp. How much do SMS notification cost on TeamUp?

TeamUp's SMS feature enables you to send instant updates for waitlist changes, class/appointment registration confirmations, class/appointment changes or cancellations, and pre-class/appointment reminders.

You can easily keep track of your automated messages from the SMS Messages report. This report lists all SMS messages sent to customers during any given timeframe.

🔔 Please note that this is an add-on feature. A per SMS message rate applies, and you will be billed on a monthly basis with your TeamUp subscription. You can enable/disable this feature at any time.

Supported integrations and countries

Our SMS feature supports the following integrations:

  • Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • United States

Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands

If you're located in one of these countries, SMS messages can't be sent from a standard phone number; they require setting up an Alphanumeric Sender ID.

An Alphanumeric Sender ID is your company name or brand used as the Sender ID in one-way SMS messages

We will auto-generate a number for you, but you can change it to whatever you want. We recommend using your business name so your members know the message is coming from you vs. an unknown number.

Please note that due to Europe's SMS compliance regulations, we are not able to support two-way messaging for European countries.

United Kingdom

If you're located in the United Kingdom, we will generate five mobile phone number options with the +44 prefix for you to choose from - this is the number your customers will see when they receive an SMS from your business.

Once enabled, you will be able to send automated messages to your members.

Please note that we are not able to support two-way messaging for Great Britain at this time.

Once verified, you will be able to send automated messages to your members.
