šŸ“ Overview

If you cancel a class on a specific date and time by mistake, or change your mind, you can un-cancel it. This guide covers finding the cancelled class, un-cancelling it, and re-adding any attendees.

šŸ” Find the Cancelled Class

Cancelled classes are hidden by default, so you'll need to locate the class first. Choose whichever of the two methods below suits what you need.

1ļøāƒ£ From the Calendar

Head to your Calendar and filter by 'Include Cancelled?'.

2ļøāƒ£ From the Classes Report

If you'd rather see or download a list, head to Reports āžœ Classes and filter by Any Class Status - Cancelled.

šŸ’” For more on both methods, see the guide here.

āœ… Un-cancel the Class

Once you've found the class, click it from the Calendar or the Classes report, then select Options āžœ Un-cancel.

šŸ™‹ Re-add Attendees

Un-cancelling a class does not reinstate its attendees, so you'll need to re-book them manually if needed. You can find who was previously registered by viewing the class's activity feed.

šŸ’” For steps on registering a customer, see the guide here.
