Editing registration timelines

This guide explains how to edit an existing registration timeline, including the Registrations open, close, cancellation cutoff, and class type settings.

You can edit any existing registration timeline to change its booking and cancellation settings or adjust which class types it applies to. Timelines are managed under Settings Registration Registration Timelines.

In this guide we'll cover how to edit a timeline and what each setting controls.


🛠️ How to edit a registration timeline

Editing a timeline lets you update its settings without affecting your other timelines. To edit one, head to Settings Registration Registration Timelines and follow the steps below.

1. Click the Edit button next to the timeline you want to change.

2. Update the settings as needed (see below).

3. Select the class types this timeline should apply to.

4. Click Save.

From here you can edit all of the timeline's settings:

🔓 Registrations open

How far in advance can customers register? Use this setting to prevent customers from registering for classes too far into the future.


🔒 Registrations close

When can customers no longer register for a class? This cutoff can be before or after the class begins.


✂️ Cancellation cutoff

Cancellations after this cutoff will be late cancellations and will not be refunded.
