From time to time you may want to change how you pay for your membership, whether that means adding a new card, switching from cash to an online payment method, or using a card you have already saved.
This guide walks you through how to update the payment method on your recurring membership, and answers a common question about removing an old saved card.
đ ď¸ How To Change Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method yourself in just a few steps. Payment details can only be updated on recurring memberships, so if you do not have one, you will be able to add your new details the next time you make a purchase.
đĄ If you have a family profile, select the family member you want first from the Profile tab.
To get started, go to My Account â My Memberships and click Change payment method. From here, you can:
Add new payment details, such as a new card.
Switch your payment method and add new details, for example moving from cash to card.
Select payment details you have saved previously, such as a different card already on your account.
You can update either credit card or direct debit details from the page you land on. Click Purchase once your update is made to complete the change.
đĄ If you have account credit available, you can apply it to your next bill for this membership by ticking the checkbox before you complete the change.

Can I delete old saved card details from my account?

Yes, you can remove a saved credit or debit card from your account, as long as it is not currently being used for a recurring membership. Head to your payment methods page here and click Delete next to the card you want to remove.
Only credit and debit card details can be removed this way, as direct debit details cannot be deleted at present. To switch to a different card, use the steps above, or to stop payments altogether, cancel your membership.
