đ Overview
You can change a customer's pending offline recurring membership payment into an online bill, so the customer can pay it through your online payment processor instead.
This is handy when a customer who normally pays offline wants to settle a payment online, or when you want to collect a pending payment against their stored payment details.
â ď¸ Only pending offline recurring membership payments can be converted to an online bill. The 'Convert to bill' option may also appear next to one-off payments, but it is not available for those and will not process them.
đ ď¸ Convert an Offline Payment to an Online Bill
You convert payments from your To-Dos section. Head to To-dos â Offline Payments â click Actions next to the desired payment â select Convert to bill.
If the customer has stored payment details, you can process the payment immediately against any stored payment details associated with the membership. Their details show up in the popup, under "Raise an invoice for the customer to pay online".
If the payment is raised as an invoice, you can see it under To-dos â Open Invoices. Once the invoice has been paid by the customer, it is automatically confirmed and appears in your revenue reports.
đĄ For more information on reporting, see the overview here.
You can also process a pending offline payment as an online bill from the customer's profile, in the Payments tab, or from their membership detail page.
