You can now change a customer's pending offline membership payment to an online bill.
Important! Please note that only pending offline recurring membership payments can be converted to an online bill. Although the 'Convert to bill' option shows up for one-off payments too, it's not available - we'll be removing the option from these payments in a future update.
First head to To-dos >> Offline Payments. Here, click 'Actions' next to the desired payment and select 'Convert to bill'.
If the customer has stored payment details, you'll be able to process the payment immediately against any stored payment details associated with the membership.

Their details will show up in the popup, under "Raise an invoice for the customer to pay online".

If the payment is raised as an invoice, you will be able to see it under To-dos >> Open Invoices.
Once the invoice has been paid by the customer, it will be automatically confirmed and appear in your revenue reports.
You can also process a pending offline payment as an online bill, from the customer's profile, in the payment tab, or from their membership detail page.
