π Overview
If your business accepts offline payment methods such as cash or cheque, you can configure the platform to flag those payments as overdue after a set number of days. You can then manually block a customer's membership until the payment has been confirmed by your business.
This feature gives you control over membership access when offline payments have not yet been received. The block applies to the specific membership only, and is automatically removed once the payment is confirmed.
π‘ The membership block described in this guide applies to the individual membership only. It does not block the customer's entire account from booking. To block a customer from all bookings, see the guide here.
π οΈ Setup
Before you can block a membership for overdue offline payments, you need to configure how many days must pass before a pending offline payment is considered overdue. This is a global setting that applies to all offline payments across your account.

1οΈβ£ Navigate to Settings β Registration and locate the overdue payment threshold setting.
2οΈβ£ Enter your desired number of days before a pending membership payment is considered overdue, then save your changes.
βοΈ How to Block a Membership
Once an offline payment passes your overdue threshold, it will be flagged in your dashboard. From there, you can manually apply a block to the customer's membership, preventing them from making further bookings on that membership until the payment is resolved.
π‘ Because offline payments require manual confirmation from your business, they are not treated as failed payments and the membership block will not be applied automatically. You will need to apply it manually from the overdue payments list.
