Constant Contact Update

Written by Mitch Tate

Effective October 1st, we're retiring our Constant Contact integration. This change is arriving alongside our Customer List redesign, which introduces the ability to send broadcast emails directly from within TeamUp. Below is a summary of alternatives as we make the switch:

Option 1: TeamUp's Customer List

Coming Soon: October 2026

The new, redesigned Customer List lets you filter your customers, build segments, and send ad-hoc broadcast emails or SMS messages without leaving TeamUp. Select a group of customers by membership, CRM lifecycle status, last activity, total spend or any other of our new filters and send directly from the list.

Best for: Sending one-off emails to the right group of customers, without switching tools or another add-on.

Option 2: TeamUp Marketing Suite

Live now!

Marketing Suite is TeamUp's integrated marketing platform. TeamUp Marketing Suite brings AI-powered marketing automation to TeamUp — so you can respond to every inquiry, run campaigns on autopilot, and grow their business without managing a separate marketing stack.

Best for: Sophisticated campaigns and automations, and businesses interested in an AI-receptionist to respond to customer inquiries.

Option 3: Mailchimp

If you're already using Mailchimp, you can connect it directly via Settings → Integrations → Mailchimp. Filter your customers and push them straight to a Mailchimp audience. For more automated workflows such as tagging customers when they buy a membership, or updating subscribers on cancellations, you can connect via Zapier too.

Best for: If you're already using Mailchimp, or want full campaign management outside of TeamUp.

Option 4: Zapier

TeamUp connects with Zapier, giving you access to 7,000+ apps — so if you already use an email marketing tool, you can likely keep using it. Popular options include ActiveCampaign, AWeber, and Klaviyo.

Best for: If you already have an email marketing tool you love and want to keep using it with TeamUp.
