đ Accessing Marketing Suite
Marketing Suite is a connected add-on rather than a page inside your main dashboard, and you open it from CRM in your TeamUp account.
If your account doesn't have Marketing Suite yet, you'll see an Upgrade option in CRM, where you can find out more and book a demo.
âOnce Marketing Suite has been added to your account, the button changes to Open. Clicking it signs you straight in using your existing TeamUp login, with no separate username or password to remember.
Account owners and admins can open Marketing Suite by default, and other staff members can be given access using the Marketing Suite staff permission.
đĄ After you sign up, your Marketing Suite account is set up automatically. This can take a little while, and once it's ready the Open button will appear in CRM.
Make sure your business address is saved in your TeamUp Settings, as it's required for your account to be set up.
đ¤ How Marketing Suite Works With Your Member Data
Your customers appear in Marketing Suite as contacts automatically, so there's no need to export and re-import your member list. Your TeamUp account stays the source of truth for your member records, and as people enquire, attend, and purchase, their details stay up to date, ready for you to segment and target with campaigns.
It works the other way for new leads, too. When a new contact is captured in Marketing Suite, for example through a lead form or your AI chat widget, they're added to your TeamUp CRM as a lead with a Marketing Suite source, ready for your team to follow up.

Most of Marketing Suite works without a website. A website is needed for the AI chat widget and embedded lead forms, since these are installed on your site's pages.
