πŸ“§ Which staff members will receive notifications?

By default, any email notifications which are sent to the business are sent to Owners, Admins, and staff members/instructors who:

  1. Have the relevant permissions

  2. Have the relevant notification settings enabled.

πŸ› οΈ Can customers disable notifications?

Yes. Customers can manage their notification preferences by logging into their account on the customer site or by heading to our new TeamUp Member Booking App.

Click here to find out more

From there, they can go to My Account ➜ Notifications and toggle their preferences on or off.

If they'd like to access their notification settings in the New TeamUp Member Booking App (Not the old/existing Member Booking App), they'll be able to do so by tapping on the ☰ icon on the top-left, then going to My Account, and selecting Notifications in the drop-down menu.

πŸ’‘ If a customer asks how they can enable/disable push notifications for their TeamUp mobile app (not the custom branded app) they can do so directly in the app by tapping on the ☰ icon on the top-left, then Settings, and they will find the Push Notifications option there.
