Where do I find my referral link?
To find your unique referral link, log in to your TeamUp account, head to the top menu bar, and click 'Refer a Business ❤️'.
How do I share my referral link?
Share the link directly in Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Messenger, or via email by clicking on the corresponding icon.
Alternatively, click 'Copy' to copy and paste your link to share it with your network.
How does the Win Together referral program work?
When a fitness business signs up for TeamUp using your referral link, they'll receive a free 14-day trial, in addition to 50% off their first two months.
As soon as the first business begins their free trial, you'll get a year's free access to our reputation management tool, Community Happiness.
Once the trial period ends and they make their first payment, you'll receive a 250 GBP / 250 EUR / 300 USD / 450 AUD gift card to redeem however you'd like—to your favorite store, to buy new equipment, etc. You will receive a gift card for every new business that becomes a paying customer.
The referral link is unique to your personal login. Any member of staff who successfully refers a business will receive the gift card; you do not have to be an Owner/Admin to qualify.
How can I see whether anyone has signed up using my link?
On your referral page, you can see how many times your referral link was viewed, if a referral has been approved, and how much you've earned by referring new businesses.
How long does the Win Together referral program run for?
The referral program ends December 31, 2024. Any businesses you refer will need to start their free trial by this date.
Who is eligible?
In order to earn rewards through the Win Together referral program, you need to be a paying TeamUp customer.
