🛠️ Pack Limit Examples

The examples below move from a simple overall limit to per-class-type limits and weekly usage limits.

1️⃣ Overall Limit

This pack is available for the 'Body Pump' Class Type. The customer gets 10 classes before the pack completes (if they use them before any expiry date on the membership).

⚠️ Packs are designed to expire after a certain amount of use, so you are required to put a limit on the pack.

2️⃣ Limits Per Class Type

This pack offers 10 classes overall, but only 5 of the classes can be for 'Body Pump', and 5 for 'HIIT'.

3️⃣ Weekly Usage Limit

In this example, the customer has 10 classes, but usage limits mean they can only use 1 class per week. As soon as the limit of 10 is reached, the pack completes.

Can a class use more than one credit per registration?

Click the arrow to see the answer

No. Each registration always deducts exactly one credit from the pack, regardless of the class. If you want to charge more for a specific class, use "one use of the membership plus an additional amount" pricing, which deducts one credit and charges an extra fee, rather than deducting more than one credit.

Do I have to set a limit on a pack?

Click the arrow to see the answer

Yes. Packs are designed to expire after a certain amount of use, so you are required to put a limit on the pack.

Can I limit how many sessions of each class type a pack covers?

Click the arrow to see the answer

Yes. A pack can have an overall limit alongside limits per class type, for example 10 classes overall with 5 for 'Body Pump' and 5 for 'HIIT'.

What happens when the pack limit is reached?

Click the arrow to see the answer

As soon as the limit is reached, the pack completes. Customers can then purchase a new pack if they want more sessions.
