Book an appointment

What is the Appointments section for? How can I book a session with my coach?

If the business you're a customer at offers appointments, such as one-to-one sessions, consultations, massages, etc., you'll be able to manage your appointments from the Appointments tab in the app or website.

Booking an appointment

To book an appointment, head to the Appointments tab. Here you'll be able to filter by Appointment Type and/or the person you'd like to book the appointment with.

Click 'Book Now' to get started.

In the next step, you'll be prompted to select the person you'd like to book the session with (this is optional), and select the desired date/time. To browse the available times, you can either scroll down the list or click 'View Calendar', as seen below, to select the desired slot.

If you don't have a valid membership or pack to book this Appointment Type, you'll be prompted to purchase one.

💡 If you are a family manager, you'll be prompted to select which member you're booking the appointment for from the dropdown.

If they don't have a valid membership, you'll be able to purchase a membership on their behalf.

If you or the family member do have a valid membership, simply select the one you'd like to use.

After you've chosen the purchase option, select your payment method and click 'Purchase'.

Once done, you'll be booked into your selected appointment.

Canceling an appointment

To cancel an appointment, head to My Account >> Registrations >> click 'View Class'. In the next step, you'll be able to cancel the appointment.

Booking an appointment

To book an appointment, head to the Appointments tab.

Then, click 'Open Appointments'.

From here you will be redirected to the web version, where you'll be able to book your appointment (see Web - Booking an appointment above).

Canceling an appointment

To cancel an appointment, head to Schedule >> tap the appointment >> tap 'Leave Class'.
