TeamUp's Recurring Appointment feature enables you to create a repeat appointment slot for a member straight from your dashboard.

🔔 Please note that Recurring Appointments are only available for businesses to book on behalf of a member. Members can continue to book single appointments from their own accounts.

In this guide, we'll cover how to create a recurring reservation so that you can offer a member the same periodic time slot—whether every week, every other week, every three weeks, or monthly—with their coach.

Creating a Recurring Appointment

To create a recurring appointment reservation, head to Classes/Appointments >> Reservations. Click New recurring reservation.

Recurring Appointments 1

Next, select the Customer from the drop-down list.

Recurring Appointments 2

Under 'Reservation Type' on the following page, select Appointment.

Recurring Appointments 3

Select the applicable Membership from the list of available options.

💡 If the customer doesn't have the necessary membership to create the desired recurring reservation, click Add a different membership and you will be redirected to their profile where you have the option of adding another membership.

Recurring Appointments 4

Next, select the desired one-on-one session that you want to create the recurring booking for from the Appointment Type list. You can also filter by Instructor and Venue.

Recurring Appointments 5

Choose the Start Date, the Appointment Slot, when it Repeats (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks), and the Recurring Type (whether the reservation runs until the membership expires or for a set number of sessions).

💡 All recurring reservations will book customers in for their upcoming sessions 5 weeks ahead.

Recurring Appointments 6

Finally, click Create Recurring Reservation.

Once your reservation has been created, you can see this along with any other recurring appointments you have set up by going to Classes/Appointments → Reservations → Reservation Type → Appointment.
