How to create a class that repeats every 2, 3, 4 weeks

Do I need to add repeating classes each week?

In this guide, we'll run through how to have class schedules repeat every 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks. You'll be able to create the schedule once, and the system will automatically add the repeating classes for you.

It might be that you have a class that only happens every 3 weeks. Or you have instructors that share the same class but do alternate weeks.

After you have entered your desired times and days for the class, you can decide how often this schedule repeats.

Choose from every week, every 2 weeks and every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks.

If you choose to make the schedule bi or triweekly, you will be able to decide which weeks these repeating schedules align to.

Once you have your repeating schedule in place you can choose your venue, instructor, and class limit.

For this example Mitch Tate instructs sessions every 2 weeks, aligning to weeks of November 2, 16, and so on.

If another instructor teaches the alternating weeks, you would repeat the process but select every 2 weeks, aligning to weeks of November 9, 23, and so on*.

*Important. When creating a slot that repeats every 2, 3, or 4 weeks, make sure to select the option of the week commencing on the date when the first class will take place. For example, if the first class is on Friday, 6th November and it should repeat every 2 weeks starting then, you would select "Every 2 weeks (aligning to weeks of November 2,...", as seen below.

You will be able to filter time slots based on your weekly cycles.

As you can see from the below example, our 2-week schedule shows up under week 2:
