This guide explains how to use your Store reports to view and download your store's order history and gift card purchases, including how to filter and export them.

Written by Costa Bontioti

📝 Overview

The Store reports give you a history of your store's orders, so you can review what has been bought, whether it has been paid for, and whether it has been delivered. They also cover your gift card purchases.

This guide walks you through the Store Orders and Gift Card Purchases reports, the filters you can apply, and how to download your data.

💡 This report focuses on orders. If you would rather look at sales by individual product, see the All Store Order Items report here.

What is the difference between this report and All Store Order Items?

Click the arrow to see the answer

This report is based on orders, so each row represents a customer's order. The All Store Order Items report is based on products, so it shows you how individual items are selling, and it includes a Best Selling Products view.

For the product view, see the All Store Order Items report here.

Where do I fulfil orders that have not been delivered?

Click the arrow to see the answer

This report shows you the delivery status of your orders, but you manage and fulfil them elsewhere. Outstanding store orders appear in your To-Dos section so you can action them.

For the steps, see Managing store orders here, or for an overview of To-Dos, see the guide here.

Can I change the order my products are displayed in?

Click the arrow to see the answer

Yes. You can drag and drop your products into the order you want from the Product Sorting tab, and that order is reflected in Point of Sale, the Customer Site store, and your own store.

For the steps, see Reordering how Store Items are Displayed here.

Do gift card sales appear in the Store Orders report?

Click the arrow to see the answer

No. Gift cards are handled separately from store products, so they have their own Gift Card Purchases report within your Store reports rather than appearing alongside store orders.

See the Gift Card Purchases section above for how to use it.

Where can I see all the other reports available?
