Cancel and assign a membership to the correct customer.
To transfer a membership from one customer to another. You will want to cancel the membership under the incorrect customer, and then re-add it under the correct customer.
To cancel the membership: Go to the Incorrect customer's profile >> Memberships tab >> Click on their membership >> Cancel >> Choose 'Specific date' and set it to the same as the purchase date >> Cancel.

For recurring memberships
Head to Customers >> Click desired customer profile >> Memberships tab >> Add Membership >> Select >> Change the first payment to 0* >> Choose the payment method >> Purchase.
*This will prevent them from paying twice since they already paid for the membership under the wrong account
Future payments will then continue under the new membership.
For packs and/or prepaid memberships
Head to Customers >> Click desired customer profile >> Memberships tab >> Add Membership >> Select >> Change the payment to 0* >> Choose the payment method >> Purchase.
*This will prevent them from paying twice since they already paid for the membership under the wrong account.
The membership will now be under the correct customer
