Head to Communications ā Notifications ā Customer Membership Lifecycle ā Pack Running Low ā click Detail next to the notification you want to change.
Click Edit to go to the configuration options.
Or click Delete to remove the notification entirely.

No. Deleting a notification only stops future sends. It doesn't affect emails already delivered.
