This guide covers how to create unique registration timelines that you can assign to different customer groups, giving them priority when booking specific class types.

Creating a Registration Timeline

To create a registration timeline, go to Settings > Registration > Registration Timelines. Click New Timeline.

First, assign your timeline a name (note this is for internal use only). You also have the option to upload an image; this icon will appear on your business calendar, enabling you to identify the events associated with the timeline at a glance.

Next, select who the registration timeline applies to.

Membership Holders: Assign the registration timeline to customers who hold one of the memberships required to book the event(s) associated with said timeline.

Specific Memberships: Assign the registration timeline to those customers who hold the membership(s) you have selected from the list.

Specific Customers: Assign the registration timeline to those individual customer(s) who you have selected from the drop-down list.

Private URL: Create a link to share with specific customers. You can limit the number of customers who can sign up for the event using the private URL.

Now that you have selected the audience, you need to define when they will be able to view the events on the calendar. You can choose to configure one of two options:

  1. The calendar opens X days, Y hours, and Z minutes prior to the event start time.

  2. The calendar opens on a specific date, at a specific time.

Then, customize when the registration window starts and ends.

Next, define the cancellation cutoff that applies to the timeline.

Finally, select the event type(s) associated with the registration timeline from the list and click Save.

Once your registration timeline has been created, you can see this along with any other timelines, including the default timeline, by going to Settings > Registration > Registration Timelines.
