You can customise the emails sent to your customers on your behalf so they look and feel like they're coming directly from your business. This guide walks you through setting your "from" name, "reply to" address, and an email template, with both a video and written walkthrough.

You can manage your email branding from your account settings. Head to Settings ➜ Email, where you can change the "from" name and "reply to" email for all notifications sent on your behalf.
You can also add a template that will be used for all email notifications sent. In the example below, an email signature has been added.
⚠️ The { { content } } placeholder will be replaced with the actual content of the email notification, so be sure to keep it in your template.
To customise your notifications even further, head to Notifications in the menu.
