When you apply filters on your Customer Site calendar, such as a specific Event type, Venue, or Instructor, the URL in your browser updates to reflect those filters. You can copy and share that URL directly with customers, so they land on a pre-filtered view of your schedule.

🧠 Example: If a customer asks about Pilates classes at a specific venue with a particular instructor, you can apply those filters on your Customer Site, then copy and share the resulting URL, so they see only the relevant availability.

Navigate to your Customer Site and use the available filters to narrow the calendar to the Events, Venue, or Instructor you want to share.

  1. Go to your Customer Site.

  2. Use the filters to select the specific Events, Venue, and/or Instructor you want to display.

  3. Once your filters are applied, copy the URL from your browser's address bar.

  4. Share that URL with your customer, they will land directly on the filtered calendar view.
