This guide explains which membership types can be used to grant access to On Demand Content.
The membership types that support On Demand Content are recurring memberships and prepaid plans.
Packs cannot be linked to On Demand Collections, as they require a global use count which applies to class bookings only.
π Linking a membership to On Demand access
Once a membership has been created, link it to the relevant Collection to grant access to your On Demand Content. Head to On Demand β Content, open the Collection, and select the membership from the membership access settings.

My customers are on Packs - can I still give them On Demand access?

Packs cannot be linked to On Demand Collections directly. One option is to create a separate prepaid plan at Β£0 (or your local currency equivalent) set up purely to grant On Demand access. Customers who have both the Pack and this prepaid plan would then be able to access the On Demand library.
Can I limit On Demand access to a set period of time?

Yes. Because On Demand access is tied to a membership, you can set an expiry on the membership to control how long customers can access the content. Once the membership expires, they will no longer be able to access the content it unlocks.
Can I change which memberships have access to a Collection?

Yes. You can update the membership access settings on any Collection at any time. Head to On Demand β Content, open the Collection, and update the memberships listed. Changes will apply to all customers going forward.
