If you have memberships that grant access to your On Demand Content, you can set up an automated email that goes out to customers after they purchase one of these memberships, with the link to your On Demand section and any other relevant details.
This guide walks you through finding the direct link to your On Demand section and adding it to a membership purchase notification.
🛠️ Setup
Setting this up takes two short steps: copy the link to your On Demand section, then paste it into a membership purchase notification.
Step 1: Find the link to your On Demand section
Head to On Demand ➜ click the preview link at the top of the page. This opens the On Demand section as customers see it on the Customer Site.
Once the preview opens, copy the URL from the browser's address bar.
Step 2: Add the link to your membership purchase notification
Paste the URL into the body of your membership purchase notification email so customers can click straight through to your On Demand section after they buy.
