Limitations
Weβre working on bringing more functionality to the app in the coming months. As of right now, the following options are possible from the website, but not the app:
Creating your customer profile. For help creating an account, please see this guide.
Updating your login, profile details and payment details for your memberships.
Buying memberships separately from registering for classes.
βNote. customers can purchase a membership as part of the flow when booking a class.Recurring class reservations (if the business has enabled this).
The Members Booking App is only for customer accounts - staff, admins and owners cannot access the business dashboard via the Members Booking App. So you cannot manage sessions, memberships, payments etc using Members Booking App.
You can, however, add the web app to your mobile home page for easy access and full functionality.
