Once your Course Type is in place (see here), you can add your schedule. This guide covers adding sessions to each group, setting per-schedule size limits, and publishing the course so customers can book.

📆 Schedule Your Course
You can schedule your course immediately after creating the course type, or from Courses ➜ Course Types ➜ click Schedule a course.
In the next page, you can see the basic information carried over from the Course Type, where you can also make edits if needed. This information includes:
Course Name
Course Description
Number of customer groups
Size Limit
Can customers register for the whole course after it begins?
Allow single session registrations?
Whole course pricing
💡 The Whole Course Pricing can not be edited.
Once you confirm the information displayed, click on Schedule Course, and this will create the course which you can add sessions to and publish for your customers to register for.
Now lets add sessions to our group. These will be the sessions that all registrations for this group will attend.
There are a few options to choose from when adding your course schedule:
Do you want to add a one-off session to this group, or a weekly time slot?
Which days of the week should this schedule repeat on?
When do you want the schedule to begin and end?
Choose the venue and instructor for this schedule.
Select the size limit (for these sessions)

Are you looking to add multiple sessions between two dates, or are you adding a single session?
Select the appropriate option, and the next step will allow you add sessions accordingly.
If you select the "Add One Session" option, you'll then be asked to select the date and time of that session, but if you select to "Add a weekly timeslot", you'll see a start and end date instead, and you'llalso be able to select the day/s of the week you'd like to create these sessions for.
Once you select the days of the week the sessions will repeat, the date these sessions start, the date they end, and the start time and end time of the sessions.
Next, you can select the venue where these sessions will be taking place, and the instructors as well.
Now, you can select whether you would like to keep the default size limit set for this course type, or whether you would like to set a different size limit for these sessions.
Finally, click on "Create Weekly Timeslot" and these sessions will be added to this Course.
Now, you can repeat the process for any other groups you have within this course.
Don't forget to publish your course once all your schedules are in place. This will ensure your customers can see the course from the calendar.
⚠️ Once a course has been published, all sessions become visible to your customers and the only way to remove them from your calendar is to cancel the scheduled session(s), see the guide here. You cannot adjust visibility like you can for Class Types.

Why can't customers see my course on the calendar?

No. Once a course has been published, all sessions become visible to your customers, and the only way to remove them from your calendar is to cancel the scheduled session(s). You cannot adjust visibility like you can for Class Types.
Can each group have its own size limit?

Yes. When adding a schedule, you can create a separate course size limit for that schedule alone.
