Accessing family members
In the app, tap the My Account button on the bottom-right, and then tap the drop-down menu which appears in your screen.
From here, you can tap on your profile to manage your account, or choose which family member you want to manage. Once you’ve selected their profile, you can view their bookings, membership status and attendance history.
Membership & Payment overview for your family
Under the Memberships, Payments, and Registrations sections you’ll find a list outlining the following for each family member:
Payment history and receipts for their Profile.
Past and future registrations
Their active membership plan, usage, remaining sessions or credits.
The ability to purchase or upgrade/downgrade their membership right from the app.
Manage payment methods (parent account)
If your main account is managing the family group, you can update payment methods, view receipts, and see billing for multiple family members in one place — no need to leave the app or use a browser.

The TeamUp app has full support for families, so you can manage your children’s attendances from your profile.
To manage a family member's profile, tap the bar at the top of the screen and select their profile. You will then be able to book their sessions, as well as check their membership information from the Profile section.
