How to reset your password

This guide explains how you can reset your TeamUp password if you’ve forgotten it or can’t log in.

If you’re unable to log in to your TeamUp account, you can quickly reset your password using the Forgot password option. This process sends a secure reset link to your email so you can create a new password and regain access to your account.

🔐 How to reset your password

Resetting the password for your TeamUp account is very easy, and can be completed in four steps.

If you’d like to reset your password, go to GoTeamUp.com or the Customer Site of your gym, and click the Log In button in the top-right corner to access the login page. From there, select “Forgot your password?” at the bottom.

You’ll be redirected to the password reset page, where you can enter the email address linked to your TeamUp account and click “Email me reset instructions.” We’ll then send you an email with steps to create a new password.

If the email address you entered isn't linked to an existing TeamUp account, a password reset email won't be sent, and instead you'll see the following message:

If the email address you entered exists, or is linked to an existing TeamUp account, you'll see this message:

You'll then receive an email with a link to click on in order to be redirected to a new page where you can create your new password:

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your TeamUp account and try again. If the issue continues, contact the business directly for assistance.

Can the business reset my password for me?

For security reasons, businesses cannot manually set a new password on your behalf. However, they can trigger the password reset email for you if needed.

What if I no longer have access to my email address?

If you can’t access the email linked to your account, you’ll need to contact the business directly so they can assist you in updating your email address before you reset your password.

What if I don't have a TeamUp account?

💡 We no longer support Facebook login for new accounts. This option is only available for users that linked their account prior to February 2021.
