This article provides a quick overview of how to access the menu in both the existing and new mobile apps, highlighting where to find it in each version so you can easily navigate to the features you need.
How to navigate to the App Menu

To open the app menu, tap the ☰ icon in the top-left corner of your screen. From there, you’ll see options for Businesses, Settings, and Log Out.
💡 The Businesses option appears only if your account is linked to multiple gyms or businesses, and it lets you switch between their dashboards.
In the Settings section, you can manage your push notifications, confirm which account (email address) you’re logged into, and check the version of the app you’re using.
Tapping the Log Out option will sign you out of your current profile, after which you can log back in with the same profile or switch to a different one.

Dashboard | Switch between dashboards for any business you're registered with. |
Memberships | Check your active memberships, usage, renewal dates, upgrade options, and purchase new memberships. |
Courses | Browse, register for, and manage your course sessions. |
Forms and Waivers | Complete and review any required forms or waivers tied to your account. |
Settings | Adjust your push notification preferences, view and confirm which account (email address) you’re logged into, change the language of your app, view our terms of service, privacy policy, support guides, and find the option to delete your account. |
Give Feedback | Share your thoughts or report an issue directly with the team. |
Log Out | Sign out of your account and switch to another profile if needed. |
💡 If you delete your account from within the App Settings, this action will only delete your app login credentials, and it will not delete your account with any gym/studio you're a registered customer of.
