Perform keeps your members engaged, motivated, and on top of their training. It provides a single app for class booking and performance tracking, plus communication and community features.
Perform is a paid add-on that sits alongside your account rather than a feature built into your dashboard. Once the two are linked, your members can book classes, log their performance, and stay in touch with your community through the Perform app.

š² How to Access Perform
You can reach your add-ons from the grid icon in the top right of your dashboard, next to your business name. Clicking it opens the Your Apps & Add-Ons panel.
Add-ons already on your account appear under Your apps. Click one to open it and you will be signed in automatically, with no separate login needed.
Anything listed under Available Add-Ons is not on your account yet. Clicking it takes you to a page where you can find out more.
š” If you have been reaching Perform through a saved bookmark, you can now open it from this panel instead.
š ļø How to Connect Perform
Connecting Perform links your class schedule and member list to the app, so your members can book and log their training in one place.
Head to Your Apps & Add-Ons panel, click on Perform, and click Get Started.
You will then be prompted to sign in to your Perform account, or to create a new one if you do not have one yet.

Perform is built and supported by a separate team, so questions about the app itself are handled through their own support site rather than by us.

Yes. BoxMate is now called Perform. Older guides, saved links, and support pages may still use the BoxMate name, but they refer to the same app.
I cannot see Perform under Your apps. How do I get it?
