Wellhub is an all-in-one subscription service that brings members a large selection of gyms, studios, and apps.
Partner with Wellhub to attract new members and configure which of your TeamUp classes are bookable to over 6,000 members.
Does TeamUp integrate with Wellhub?
Yes. You can connect your TeamUp account with Wellhub in just a few quick steps.
The integration allows you to select which classes you'd like to make available to Wellhub members.
When a customer signs up for a class via Wellhub, they'll be automatically registered as a customer on your TeamUp account, and you'll be able to see them on your class attendee list. You'll also be able to keep track of Wellhub registrations via your Attendance reports on TeamUp.
How to integrate TeamUp with Wellhub
📣 Important! In order to integrate TeamUp with Wellhub, you'll need to:
1. Create a Wellhub account. If you don't have a Wellhub account yet, contact them to sign up.
2. Wellhub needs to enable their API on your account. When you're ready to integrate with TeamUp, reach out to Wellhub to ask them to enable the API at [email protected] (please include your gym's name, GymID, and your email address). If it hasn't been enabled and you try to integrate from TeamUp, you'll receive an error message.
To integrate your TeamUp account with Wellhub, head to Settings >> Integrations, and click 'Get Started'.
💡 If you can not see the Wellhub integration in your Integrations section, it's likely because this is either not enabled on your account. Please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

❗ We recommend having a dedicated staff member in the business per TeamUp account who manages the integration. The reason for this is that a Gym ID can only be used and synced in one TeamUp user account.
If you need to change the staff member that's linked to a Gym ID, please contact our Support team in the chatbox below, and we'll action this for you.
