How can I change my business address?

This guide explains where to update your business address, how it’s used in TeamUp, and what to check after you make the change.

Your business address is used on customer invoices, receipts, and in certain notifications. If your business location has changed or needs to be updated for tax or contact purposes, you can easily update the address in your TeamUp dashboard.


πŸ“ Changing your Business Address

To change your business address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your TeamUp business dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings βž” Business Details.

  3. Scroll to the Business Address section.

  4. Enter your updated address details:

    • Street / building name

    • City / suburb

    • State / region

    • Postcode / ZIP

    • Country

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Once saved, your new business address will be used for:

  • Invoices and receipts issued going forward

  • Billing and tax summaries where required

  • Any customer-facing documents that include your business location

⚠️ This should be the legal address for your business and will be displayed publicly.

The address for locations where you hold classes can be updated from Settings βž” Venues.

Can I hide or remove my information from the Contact Us page?

Any information you add in your General Settings (address, phone number, and email address) will also be displayed in the Contact Us page on your customer site, and once added they can not be removed or hidden.

If there's any information you would like to not make available/visible on your Contact Us page, you can replace it with different information (e.g. a different phone number) instead.

Will changing my business address update past invoices?

No. Updating your address only affects future invoices and receipts. Historical documents issued prior to the change will continue to show the address that was in place at the time.

Can I have more than one business address saved?

TeamUp currently supports only one primary business address. If you operate multiple locations, consider using your address for your main studio, and use clarifying text in your business name or communication templates for branch locations.

Alternatively, you may want to consider setting up additional TeamUp accounts to manage your other businesses separately.

Only users with admin or owner access in your TeamUp business account can update the business address.
