Creating overrides on availability schedules for Appointments
Can I change certain days on an instructor's regular Appointments schedule?
The Appointments feature allows you to create multiple availability schedules for each instructor.
From time to time, you may need to make changes to your availability schedules. For example, let's say that you have a morning schedule for your PT appointments - your regular hours are 7:00 am to 12:00 pm - but you have a doctor's appointment on 23rd May, so you need to change your hours just for that day to 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
This can be done via the override functionality on each instructor's availability schedule page. For more details on how to create overrides, head to How to manage an instructor's availability schedule/s.
