There are two ways to link your Appointment Types and instructor availability schedules: from the Appointment Type itself, or from the Instructor Availability page. This guide explains both, so you can pick whichever suits what you're doing.
🗓️ From the Appointment Type
You can link instructor schedules to an Appointment Type while you're creating it, or later on by editing it. This method is useful when you want to add schedules to one specific Appointment Type.

📍 From the Instructor Availability page
The Instructor Availability page shows a list of all instructors who have at least one availability schedule set up. From here, you can link each of their schedules to your different Appointment Types without leaving the page.
💡 This method is especially useful for planning, as it gives you an overview of your instructors' schedules and which Appointment Types they're linked to. If you need to assign or unassign several schedules across multiple Appointment Types, this is the best place to do it.

Only instructors who have at least one availability schedule appear there. If someone is missing, set up a schedule for them first, then they'll be available to link.
Will editing a schedule affect other Appointment Types it's linked to?
