The Membership Tools section features a set of tools designed to allow you to manage membership holds and freezes in bulk, and to extend expiration dates across many customers at once.

From this section you can use three tools. Click the links below for more information on each one:
Extend expiration dates on packs and prepaid plans. Extend the end date on your prepaid plan and pack memberships in bulk.
âHold customer memberships in bulk. Freeze your customers' memberships (recurring, packs, prepaid plans) in bulk.
âEdit or end holds in bulk. Make edits to multiple holds at once, or end holds in bulk.
