π Overview
The Activity Feed gives you a centralised view of everything happening across your customer base. Using the available filters, you can monitor registrations, membership purchases, notifications sent, waitlist movements, and more, all in one place, without having to dig through individual customer profiles.
To open the Activity Feed, head to Activity Feed from your dashboard.
π‘ You can also jump straight to a specific customer's feed by opening their profile (Customers β Customer List β search customer) and clicking their Activity tab.
πΊοΈ How to navigate the Activity Feed
Events in the feed are grouped by date. Scroll to the date you need, or use the date filter to jump to a specific time period.
A set of filters at the top of the page lets you narrow down what you see. Read on for a breakdown of each one.
π All item types
The All Item Types filter lets you choose which categories of activity appear in the feed. Select or deselect any combination to focus on what you need.

π Type filters are sticky - if you leave the Activity Feed and return later, your last filter selection will be remembered.
π Any customer
Use this filter to search for a specific customer and view only their activity. Once a customer is selected, you can combine it with the All Item Types filter to narrow down further, for example, checking whether a customer received a notification after purchasing a membership.
π Any customer membership
Use this filter to quickly check which memberships or packages a customer has purchased. Enter their name to display a list. Click any item in the list for full details of that membership.
π‘ To receive emails for specific types of customer activity, you can enable notifications from your staff account. Head to Staff β Staff Management β Options next to the staff member β Edit Notification Preferences.
π€ Who performed each action
Every item in the feed includes information about who completed the action. This is useful in a variety of situations, for example, you might need to check whether a purchase was made via the Customer Site or by a staff member on the business side. You can also see whether a registration was made by the customer themselves, a staff member, or a recurring reservation.
For Family accounts, if the customer who took the action is part of a family, their name is shown. If they are not part of a family, the feed shows "Customer site" instead.
In the example below, a customer was registered for a class by a staff member:
And here, a customer purchased a membership via the Customer Site:
