š Overview
The All Events report lists all of your sessions taking place during any given timeframe, including cancelled ones.
You can combine filters and group the data to get more insight into your schedule, such as generating a cancelled events report, finding attendance spikes across weeks or months, or seeing which sessions have the most no-shows.
This guide walks you through the report, the filters you can apply, and how to view your data as a chart.
š” This report is based on sessions. If you want to look at individual customer bookings instead, see the All Attendances report here.

Widgets
The first thing you will see on this page is a set of widgets, which are quick reports you can read without having to manipulate any data. They show highlights of the last 30 days.
To see the exact date range and how the trend lines are calculated, hover over the ā next to Last 30 Days.
At a glance, you will be able to see:
Number of sessions run in the last 30 days
Average number of attendees per class in the last 30 days
The venue that hosted the most sessions in the last 30 days
The instructor who taught the most sessions in the last 30 days
To see the data or chart behind each widget, click View Report or View Chart.
Filters and grouping options
You can use the filters to narrow down the view of your data.
Any Event Type | Select one or more Class or Appointment Types |
Any Instructor | Search an instructor |
Any Duration (minutes) | Select one or more event durations |
Any Venue | Select one or more of your venues |
Any Day | Select one or more days of the week |
Any Event Status | Select "Active" and/or "Cancelled" |
Include future classes | Include or exclude sessions happening in the future |
Viewing the data as a report
As you apply filters, each one appears as a pill so you can see at a glance what has been applied. You can add multiple filters and clear them all by clicking the Clear All pill.
Under Show you will find several group by options, which let you group the data using one or more dimensions. The date filter changes the date range, and selecting a group by option changes how the totals are presented.
Viewing the data as a chart
The filters are sticky, so if you filter in the report view and then switch to the chart toggle, the same data carries across.
You can use the group by options to generate a different chart.
Downloading the report
