Record a class usage against a customer's class pack

Deduct a class from a customer's class pack membership

You can quickly record extra uses against a class pack membership. This might be useful if a customer brings a friend along and you want to deduct a session from their class pack, or they have used credit for classes that weren't timetabled.

Note. This option is only available for class pack memberships. It is not available for prepaid or recurring memberships.

To action, head to the customer's membership tab from their profile, and click on the membership you want to record an extra usage for.

Click "Record Extra Usage" and enter the number of uses to remove as well as any notes.
