FAQ: How can I generate my service code?
From time to time TeamUp staff members will ask you for your "Service Code".
This is requested anytime a user needs to make a change of importance, or wants to discuss business-sensitive information. This will ensure we're only disclosing/actioning for users who have the correct permissions.
How do I generate my Service Code?
To generate a Service Code, in the footer of your TeamUp account, there's a button that says "Get Service Code":
When clicked, the button changes to a 7 character code. Simply copy the code and send it to our team when requested.
